This Shipping Policy explains how physical items are produced and shipped by Lively Graphics. This policy applies only to projects that include print-on-demand physical products. Most design services are delivered digitally and do not involve shipping.
1. Digital Deliveries
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all design services and deliverables are provided digitally via email, file transfer, or secure download.
No shipping fees apply to digital products.
2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
All physical products are produced after an order is placed and are fulfilled by third-party print and shipping providers.
By placing an order that includes physical products, you acknowledge that:
- Products are custom-made and printed specifically for your order
- Production and shipping are handled by third-party vendors
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
3. Processing & Production Time
Production times vary depending on the product, vendor, and order volume
Estimated production timelines will be provided when available
Production time begins after payment is received and all required order details are confirmed
Production delays may occur due to equipment issues, supply shortages, or high demand.
4. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping methods, carriers, and costs are determined by the print-on-demand provider
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or outlined in a written invoice
- Tracking information is provided when available
I do not control carrier selection, routing, or delivery speed.
Delays may occur due to vendor schedules, material availability, or client approval timelines.
5. Shipping Destinations
Items may be shipped within the United States and, in some cases, internationally. International shipments may be subject to customs delays, duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the client.
6. Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the client
7. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the client once the item is handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items
I am not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- The client must notify me within 7 days of delivery
- Clear photos of the item and packaging may be required
Resolution (replacement or refund) is subject to the print-on-demand provider’s policies. I cannot guarantee replacements or refunds outside those policies.
9. Address Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. I am not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
10. Returns & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Physical items are non-returnable
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing prior to production.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Shipping Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
